I had a stair railing on my deck that was deteriorating and creating a safety hazard. Steven responded to my request, proposed how he could proceed, and gave me a time and cost quote. He kept me posted on his ETA for beginning the project and was right on time both to start and complete the project. He kept me informed as he was proceeding, including the next steps and inviting my input. The net result is that I have a new railing that looks great and is solid. His charges were very reasonable. I would hire him again when I need a handyman for projects around my home.
