Jesse did great work! In no time he was able to assess the problem and solve it in a couple of hours. He replaced the plumbing under our jetted tub, replaced the tub drain and patched up all the damaged drywall (including the texture on it). Did everything I asked for and more.

I highly recommend Saint Paul Jack, and I'll ask them to return next time I need help with my rental property. Jesse helped diagnose a water leak which was doing damage to a wall and ceiling and dripping into the basement. He opened the wall and ceiling, fixed the sources of the problem, and repaired the drywall afterward. This was a multi-day project, due to the complexity and drying times. I hired him because his investigative approach sounded less aggressive than the other guys (who suggested taking out several walls and even ripping into a hardwood floor), which in the end saved me money and hassle! My tenant said he was very nice and thoughtful, and did an amazing job cleaning up the area each day so that they could access their space.

Working with Jesse has been a dream. We had a wall in our kitchen converted to a half wall. When he stopped by to see the space, so he could accurately quote the work, he took pictures and use those pictures in his quote, with diagrams laid over the top for exactly what he would do in the scope of his work. He was very clear that if we didn’t like some thing that he proposed that we should talk about it, so our satisfaction was always in focus. In the process of removing half the wall, we gained additional space which he made into a functional cabinet. What we loved about his process is that it’s iterative if needed. We didn’t know what we were going to find behind the wall and if the space would be usable. once we learned it was usable he added a change order to our original agreement to expand the scope of work appropriately for what we were asking him to do. His price did not change once quoted. He delivered everything included in his quotes. On top of all of that, he has a great personality that can seemingly get along with everybody. we would not hesitate to work with Jesse again on a future project.
