My request was to get a pro who is familiar with home door knob systems. I attached pictures in my request and specified that I needed my mortise locks replaced with modern/newer systems. When Diakan arrived, it appeared that he was not familiar with mortise locks. My husband had to show him different ways to fix the problem. I was expecting him to have a better solution to my doors problems, but no. Maybe he is just familiar with flooring stuff, I'm not sure why he picked up my lock request. He ended up making a new hole for the new lock system and installed the system. However, he left the job half done, and promised to return yesterday Tuesday 2/6/24 and he ghosted me. No call, no show.

Hey Jenny, regarding your concerns, we are very sorry as which the things that you wrote are not very truthful about our company because we did come back and finish your door knob that you wanted to be installed on your door. Also, we did not charge you for the door knob that you wanted. We also fixed your and was ready for paint and sanded also you guys were very happy about it. So regarding to that review, we are not very happy that what happened that day. We are very sorry. Please accept our apology and we will be happy to work with you next time. We will hope that this will never happen again thanks.

Here is my honest opinion about this company. I DO NOT recommend to hire them. First, they charged me $40 just to come out and take a look at windows and siding jobs for my property. The guy said they have to charge me because Thumtack charges them which it did not make a sense to me. The guy said I am going to get it back if I hire them but other company did not even charge me at all when they came out. The second, they gave me a quote that is almost Three Times ($7,000) more than other company gave me just for the labor for window job (8 medium size windows) not including any materials. The third, I wanted to fix old windows and they told me that the only option I have is to replace them. However, when I talked to other company, they said they can fix them without any problems. In my opinion this company doesn’t even have enough experiences on Window job and possibly siding job. Again the bottom line is that I will definitely avoid hiring them.

Thank you for your honest feedback and I can give you my opinion. You agreed to pay the estimate charge $40 dollars before I even asked for your address because we come out in our time and take the trip to your home for your project and that would be waved if hired. Furthermore, Your windows are very old and is held by a rope which needed to be completely demolished and repaired to install new windows. You had 8 standard size windows which we gave our best price to install respectively. I did not expect this review after my time and a respectable estimate because there is nothing wrong with that because you are free who you want to hire after you receive multiple estimates. I hope you find what you are looking for but this is not the way we respect peoples time and estimates.
