I hired Mark to remove a soffit in a house I purchased that needed quite a bit of updating. What started as one job quickly evolved into at least half a dozen more due to the breadth of his knowledge and skills. During one job he called to tell me there was a problem - something you never want to hear. Turns out that "problem" was he was going to charge me less money because the job turned out to be easier than he expected. What a guy. He didn't have to do that, but the fact that he did really made an impression. Mark is honest, personable, does good work, and his prices seem extremely fair. He's the first person I'll reach out to if anything with my house comes up because he can probably fix it. Highly recommend.

Mark came ahead of time and estimated all the costs. He came back the next day on time and repaired or replaced my gutters. He cleaned up everything in the yard and bought me a bottle of powerade. Good man, reasonable prices.

Mark went above and beyond for our project. He noticed a mistake our engineer made for placing beams for removal of part of a load bearing wall and made sure it was safe, without adding to the project budget. He finished the job efficiently and was knowledgable, thorough, enjoyable and easy to work with. On top of that, he cleaned up the site very well. Definitely would recommend to anyone and will use again for any future projects.
