- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide both hourly rate and fixed price bids. Hourly rates allow for easier changes to the project, and can result in a lower cost as you simply pay for what it takes to get the job done. Please bear in mind that fixed price bids can sometimes result in a higher price to account for unforeseen circumstances.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listening to the customers needs, clarifying specifics and finishes with the customer, discussing budget and timeline for the project, and lastly completing the project to the customer’s specifications and satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is versatile, with a mixture of age, backgrounds, and experiences. This is what gives ABC the edge over most 'handyman' contractors. Experience per team member ranges from 5-30 years in the construction industry. The owner, Michael, has managed both residential and commercial construction for the better part of a decade.
