I was so impressed with Annie at Quick Floors. She arrived on time and gave me so much information about the different floor options available, how they might approach the work and risks for each option. You can tell that Annie cares about each customer as a person - she genuinely wanted the best for us, regardless of which company we chose. Quick floors did an amazing job from start to finish. I appreciated their prompt responses and flexibility with scheduling. They were able to schedule the installation within a week of our in-person estimate, and when the products I ordered came in earlier than expected, they were even able to move up the installation date. To top it off, I ordered a few incorrect items, but Sarv saved the day by finding replacement pieces in his warehouse that ended up being much better matches to the flooring. Everyone at Quick Floors was so pleasant to work with, and I highly recommend their services!
