- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is simple, all my sessions (except mini sessions) are all-inclusive, clients receive their high resolution digital images, print release, and a print credit. Clients are under no obligation to buy prints, but the credit ensures that they can at least get one professional print for free.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We chat via email or phone about the session, I send a questionnaire for the client to fill out that helps me get to know them better. I share photos of locations for the client to choose their favorite. After a date and time are set, I send an online contract and invoice for a deposit. On the day of the shoot, the balance can be paid via check, card reader, or PayPal invoice. A preview of 3-4 images are posted on Facebook a few days after the session, and the rest are delivered via online gallery within 1-2 weeks depending on the season. A print credit is included in the email, prints are delivered about a week after order placement. Everything is easy, online, and professional.

I am always taking online learning classes and practicing new editing techniques.
