Jacob was so kind, empathetic, let me ask tons of questions and explained things in a way that I could understand. The whys of how everything worked. Being an older female and having poor experiences with respect and understanding, Jacob interacted with respect and professionalism. He made the experience of bad news at least be one I understand and felt confident in replacing our whole system. It was followed by Mike and walking us through pros and cons of different units and giving honest feedback. We never felt pressured and pushed into more than we needed. Just honest, professional and fair from beginning to end."See more

A few weeks later we had an issue with our furnace which was a bit of a scare during the Minnesota winter. Connor came by to help get everything up and running as well as inform us of a few items that needed attention. We needed a new register run into a remodel bedroom that didn’t have heat or cooling and he came out assessed the project , gave us options based on our budget and then had the job done in a little over an hour?!? He knows his stuff !! And was super friendly and personable. I prefer small businesses when it comes to home repair stuff because of that down to earth vibe you get with feeling like you hired the next door neighbor. 10/10 would recommend."See more

We were in a no-heat situation during cold weather and he was able to move things around and get to us within a few hours. During the diagnostic, he insisted I was present as he walked me through what he was testing and what the expected results would be. There was full transparency. Once the issue was diagnosed, Riley offered different options to solve the issue. There was no sales pressure, he wanted to find the right option for us. Given the age and condition of our system we opted for a new HVAC system and Riley presented us with different solutions, again with no pressure. The installation was scheduled quickly and I was amazed with the quality of the workmanship and service he offered. Riley is a perfectionist and attention to detail is second-to-none. His pricing is very fair but in terms of value for money, his service, professionalism, and workmanship easily beats any of the ‘big names’. I would never use anyone else for my HVAC needs."See more

Long story short, Cody asked the right questions and helped me determine that the $5k+ investment of expanding my electrical panel from a 120v system was not worth doing. He helped me clarify that my actual needs would be consistently met by charging my vehicle overnight, over a 5-6 hour period, and I would not truly get a cost-benefit by upgrading my electrical system. During our interactions, Cody came across as smart, professional and ethical. I definitely plan to use him in the future if the need arises, and I highly recommend him to others!"See more
