I was only able to highlight 3 but I would of added great communication, informative and he went over and beyond. I dealt with Trace and he left a great impression as I will be using the for future issues as well. 

Thought I had an issue with my outdoor AC unit but it was an electrical issue inside with main box. The reason he knew is becauae he took his time and evaluated and checked off everything. Even called electrician to make sure it was the issue.
