- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are so many variables to pricing- house traffic, pets, condition of house, length between cleans, etc. These factors can change the price. -There is a discounted price for a deep clean when committed to upkeep cleaning as well (discount depends on frequency of on going cleaning). -Depending on frequency of cleaning the price changes as well. The more frequent the clean- the lower the price. -Laundry, inside of oven cleaning, and inside of fridge cleaning are an additional charge to deep/regular cleaning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new clients, I usually start with a deep clean. From there, I can establish a flat rate for your desired frequency (unless you are only looking for a one time clean).
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
-If you have a list of specific things you're looking for, its helpful to get that information from you to ensure the best care and most accurate quote. -Photos or videos of your project can be quite helpful. Especially if you've noticed some problem areas. -I try to make my pricing available on my profile as best as I can to save you some time if possible- if you choose it is not in your budget. -Other than that questions are welcomed and I'm happy to help you work though the process!
