- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to give a fair price. A walk thru appointment helps to do this. I can quote without looking at what needs to be done but Without seeing the home and talking about what the customer wants is likely not going to be an accurate quote. I will negotiate prices & discounts. Again, the walk thru is where this takes place:)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I set up an appointment for a walk thru and visit to understand my customers wants/needs for their home. From there after getting the details of what they want I set up a day and time to clean of their choice.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Just learning more about how chemicals should not be allowed in our homes. I have educated myself on some of the best products out there. And I am knowledgable and I do not use cheap products.
