Miss Gallardo responded to an emergency in our home within about an hour, and spent the day doing some extensive cleaning on the home we had just moved into. I don't think any of the stuff would have gotten done within a reasonable time without her. I appreciate her punctuality her professionalism and the fact that she had no qualms about spending her Saturday working for us in an unexpected situation.
