FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am very flexible with pricing. I am open to negotiating based on what you need cleaned, the size of the home. And if you also would like me to do laundry or any organizing as well. Some customers pay me a set price for the whole job after I am done and other customers who choose to pay me by an hourly wage after I finish the job. I am fine either way as long as I think it is reasonable for the work I completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Since I do cleaning, There aren't too many classes or things that I can go to, to continue my education on this kind of job position. Although, I love reading blogs and also like watching videos that people post about many new techniques to learn and/or new and different products to use on hard tasks, etc. I also am very on top of and interested in learning about products that I use on a regular basis or products that I might like to try. I like to try new products and tools often because I enjoy it and to ensure that I'm using the best stuff out there.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
i discovered this line of business when I was young from my mom and family members asking me to clean their house for money.. Just like babysitting! Haha. My family has always known that I really enjoy cleaning and organizing so that was a way for me to make some money when I was young and it just stuck. I just also do laundry now too! I still enjoy doing it everyday.
