I hired them to clean the place I recently moved into, after receiving it in a rough shape from the previous renters
The showers had some calcification on it and scums they did not attempt or did not bring the proper cleaning equipments to clean the place prorerly. my husband brought the cleaners back and asked for the shower to be cleaned again, and it did not help. (I had to clean the calcification and the shower after they left)
I gave the cleaners my steam cleaner to help them clean better, paid for extra hour and the place was still not clean properly. they just left after the 4 hours are done and did not attempt to clean it better or let me know if they needed more time to clean.
The oven deep cleaning was decent but the person did not clean the bottom drawer and I had to clean it afterwards.
I requested for the light fixtures to be cleaned, and they did not clean them.
I do not think I would hire this company again, since they did not finish the clean or attempt to communicate that it needed more time to finish. They just came to do a quick wipe and wanted to leave regardless if the cleaning was complete.
