Daniel went above and beyond our expectations. He came to our home and offered his expert advice in our kitchen, living room and bedrooms. (He has exquisite taste...) The installation process was flawless as well--he has an assistant who is extremely efficient, an added benefit indeed.I'm rather indecisive, so he had to endure my sudden change of mind, but he was so understanding throughout the entire process. Now we are enjoying our windows so much more. Will definitely recommend.

Dan's attention to detail is impressive and greatly appreciated. He identified issues to consider that we wouldn't have known if he had not pointed them out. Dan was present with the Installer. That was impressive. The product arrived for installation with flaws. But it was Dan who pointed out the flaws and initiated getting those pieces replaced. Dan exceeds at Customer Service not in just words, but in his actions. I strongly encourage working with Dan because of his integrity.

Gotcha Covered deserves more than 5 stars! Daniel Sogin brings years of experience and expertise to the window covering world. Once Daniel and I spoke, he was able to prepare ideas and samples for our initial in-person meeting. I was impressed, he was able to read my mind and point me in the right direction to get started. He looked through the house and recommended styles and colors based on my home's design. My project entailed 12 windows, some being quite large. Daniel was able to recommend colors and textures that would work with an open living room and kitchen so that the look would flow nicely design wise. He recommended wonderful darkening shades for the master bedroom and guest bedrooms. My former coverings were heavy, faux wood blinds with cords and wands. Daniel was able to recommend lines that offered both cordless and wand-less solutions. Such a clean look, I absolutely love! Overall, Daniel & his team are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, professional and timely. He also has a great eye for design and what works best for every room. I highly recommend!

Offer alternatives that are aesthetically pleasing and are within your budget. 3) Precisely measure your windows and then order your product. 4) Install your selection and train you on your new window treatments.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a member of Window Coverings Association of America (WCAA) and Window Fashion Vision (WF Vision). I invest many hours a year taking courses from the leading manufacturers in the industry. I am a certified by WF Vision as a window treatment consultant.
