FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing reflects the quality and craftsmanship of my work. In this industry the old saying, "you get what you pay for" really holds true. I truly believe my pricing is fair for what I can deliver, If you're just looking for the cheapest bid, respectfully, I am not the company to reach out to. That being said, I am not opposed to some negotiating. Please do not counter with half of the bid amount, but I am flexible, and do my best to work out a deal that's fair for both parties. If I am in the ball park, please feel free to let me know, and we can see if we can work out a deal.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with an initial consultation with the homeowner. I discuss the details of the project, take photos of the kitchen, and explain the process from start to finish. I use that information to put together a quote that reflects the work needed. Quotes are emailed the same day.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always been a very kinesthetic person and enjoy working with my hands. After years of framing, tile setting and other trade jobs I tried painting. I really enjoyed this trade and became skilled quickly. I enjoy the process and craftsmanship required to complete each project.
