FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As far as pricing goes I can never say exactly what the job will be until I take a look at it in person. Each job requires a different approach. It's important to walk through each detail of the job to have a complete understanding with both parties.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process starts off with a phone call. During that phone call I'll answer any questions that may be asked, and also maybe ask a couple questions for myself about what you're looking for. After the initial call we will move to set up a time to come and take a look at your project. We would discuss in detail the scope of the job and everything that you would like to be done. From then on I would write up a proposal regarding labor material and time and discuss that between both parties.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in the construction field my whole life. As of the last 10 years I've been doing professional painting on my own. 90% of my customers are referral-based. I am a people person and I 100% enjoy what I do, I love the idea and task of taking something old or outdated and making it look new. and I also love making something new look different.
