- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Reinhardt Renewal wants to bring transparency to pricing and will NEVER add any hidden fees or charges to a project. If we purchase materials we do not upcharge and provide the receipt for the customer upon request. Labor we typically provide formal quotes for work, but also will work on an hourly basis as outlined in our profile.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer the 1st step is to understand their wants and needs. After that, we are able to use our decades of experience to advise clients with any questions they may have. Once the project details have been agreed upon we can schedule you for a day and time that best fits you. With Reinhardt Renewal we know all clients and projects are different and we want to adapt for your needs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an epa certified painter and have been in the home repair business 20 years. I am very use to working with investors and tenants to ensure great customer service and quality while working within budgets and time lines. I pride myself on being one of the most honest and fair contractors in the state.
