- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we give free on-site estimates that way we can take a better look at the project and provide the services that the customers need. we also offer rough estimates based on photos that the customers can send via email or text to make it easier.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
we typically like to come out and take a look at the project have a conversation with the customer about their wants and needs make suggestions on products and offer discounts through vendors that we deal with. wants the customer is happy with the details will send them over a written estimate and a schedule that fits their needs. we typically do a walk-through after the completion of the work and wants to customers happy ask for a review.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
all of our staff have been painters and worked for multiple property management companies with the well-rounded skill level.
