- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use a standard pricing system for all of our services. This helps us ensure that all of our customers get quick and fair project proposals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For landscaping and hardscaping services we try to send you a rough estimate before we meet up to create the full project proposal. For most landscaping and hardscaping projects we meet and do a site visit to confirm the dimensions and details of the project before we finalize the price and send you an official project proposal. For maintenance services sometimes we can send you a project proposal with just your address and a few pictures of the job. Occasionally for maintenance projects we do need to do a site visit before sending you the project proposal though. For all of our projects we provided a detailed project proposal describing the work that will be done. Then if you would like to proceed with the project all you need to to is let us know and we add your project to the schedule.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always enjoyed building things. I got started in landscaping because my neighbors asked me to do a projects. Once the first project was complete more neighbors asked and it continued to expand from there. As I started doing more projects I did lots of research before the project on how to do them properly. Over that time I started learning about business and decided I could run my own business.
