- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Updated 12/8/22: As we head into the winter months and I switch over to interior painting, I'd like my customers to know that I'm offering a price match of the lowest bid plus an additional 10% off. Why? Because I'd love to showcase my quality of work with the intention to gain more reviews and trust from you!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always prefer to meet in person and evaluate the job together. Details matter in this business, and I want to ensure everything is done to your satisfaction. Ultimately, direct referrals from other customers are the way you succeed.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My Dad, and 2 other brothers are in the carpentry business and I’ve always been around them watching, learning, and doing! Also, when I was about 16 years old I started working for a landscaping company and continued in this profession for 10 years
