TLDR: I was thrilled with this entire experience. And wouldn't hesitate to hire these folks again. More: Due to a recent spinal injury, I was unable to shovel or snow blow my driveway in the mist of the recent polar vortex which brought over 10 inches of snow and Sub-Zero temps. I posted a job asking for same day service. As it was a couple days before Christmas, and in the midst of a wintwr storm warning, I was not expecting to get any offers. To my surprise, Lobo quickly responded with a very fair offer which I accepted. They kept an excellent communication, using the chat function in thumbtack to let me know when to expect people, when they were actually on the way, and when they were finished. Just a few hours after payment, my driveway and walkways were clear. They even hand shoveled a path to my garage bins. Everything exceeded my expectations, and was a tremendous value. I will absolutely use lobo again.

Lobo’s responded quickly after the last snow storm even though they were very busy. They showed up when they said they would and did a great job clearing the driveway. They even removed the ice blocks left by the street snow plow. I’m very happy to have hired them for this job.
