- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge by the hour, with a 2 hour minimum. No other fees for basic move outs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During the quoting process we’ll walk them through how we will handle their items, who will be picking up, and discuss the layout of their homes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
