What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, we are bound by state tariffs on all local and intrastate moves. Interstate pricing is based on weight and miles traveled and pricing for that is regulated by federal law which we offer at a Discounted rate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Schedule a free in home estimate and consultation, at which point I am able to access the scope of work and provide an estimate on the spot. Otherwise a phone survey, texting, emailing or FaceTime work to discover the scope of work so an accurate estimate may be proposed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Worked as a laborer/driver, then logistics coordinator. Once in sales I earned 2 certifications CMC and CRTS certification can easily be found online (Paul Rubinsak certified.crtscertification.com) CRTS (Certified Moving Consultant) CMC
