- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers provide fees for materials, and the contractors are paid differently. Some of my general contractors are paid per hour, however most projects are tailored to a certain package that the customer is looking for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Visit them on-site. Get to know exactly what their expectations are. I would then prepare an estimate, and decide which of my general contractors would best fit for the customer. Then, together with the customer, we will prepare a timeline for construction.
