- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to keep things very simple. I work with each individual customer and need.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My first step is hear the heart and values of the event you are requesting. Once I understand the values I can assess if I am the best speaker for this opportunities. From this point I work with the customer on pricing and possible travel expenses. A contract is completed, and from that point the event is added to my calendar. I will check in the week before on any changing details for the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduated from North Central University with a Public Speaking emphasis. Been traveling and speaking in schools for the past 8 years. Have traveled with the Minneapolis Children's Theater Company, Seven Project and Youth Alive. I have worked with multiple speaking companies and spoken in a variety of spaces and for a vast variety of audiences from young to old.
