All of these questions are discussed in the intial contact.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First contact is established by phone. After the initial contact is made, it is at the customers discetion to meet in person or continue via phone for the details on the needs and terms of the move.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked with moving companies for 15 years.
