FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While i do offer Groupon discounts for my services, I am also part of a Sliding Scale Program known as Open Path Healing Arts Collective. this program is specifically geared towards individuals who are uninsured, underinsured, and/or low income. to be eligible for S.S. pricing, you do have to register with the program.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always start with a consultation. this consultation allows me to get to the why; why you are looking for service, what's bothering you, etc. that why allows me to then focus on a tailored plan to make sure we not only treat what's necessary, but also allow you to truly feel relaxed after the session. After selecting your service option, I go over the contracts that will need to be signed, as well as inform you of the location, time of the appointment, what to wear(some sessions will require you to wear loose comfortable clothing) and what to expect. knowing this information prior to arrival helps keep the process smooth. After your session, we will setup for a reschedule/treatment plan. I will also send a survey to make sure your needs were met, and to better assist you in the future.
