- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is simple. A simple grilling BBQ event typically runs $15 with kitchen facilities onsite.A usual 2 item plated event runs $20-$40 depending on thw entree. Obviously a Beef Wellington will be more than a a Champagne Chicken. However if it is 3 or more plated entrees pricing will increase. It takes more time, energy and labor to effectively make your event successful.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always always always have a contract. No contract broods disaster.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I can and will take the reigns if my client knows nothing about my industry. I like to say you enjoy your event and I will deliver!
