Introduction: As a boutique chef, allow me to craft a creative seasonal menu catered to your and your guests’ tastes. Each experience is designed exactly to your preferences and flavors inspired by the fresh food growing around us - yes, even in winter! I typically shop organic and local foods, to ensure the most flavorful and nutritious food is on your table. Bring to life a memorable and delightful event sure to evoke memories for years to come. Family style meals, or plated multi-course events - the choice is yours. The meal will be as unique as you are. I typically arrive about 3 hours prior to service with all materials needed to bring your meal to life. Depending on the size and scope of the event, I will cook and serve alone, or with a sous chef and/or service assistant. All shopping, cooking, service and, of course, clean-up is done by me, leaving you to enjoy your evening.

I hired her as our chef for valentine's day. I wanted a relax night with my partner so having a personal chef was something different. We love the 4-course meal prepared for us. She was on time, had an agenda for the dinner night, and great vibes. Dinner was great and her professionalism was exceptional. I recommend this service.

Noelle was EXCELLENT. I needed a chef who would help me create a beautiful picnic on the Scuchykill River for my proposal to my girlfriend. From the beginning she was enthusiastic and interested in helping me. She put together multiple, thoughtful menus for me to choose from. She cared about the details. She treated it less like a job and more like she was truly helping. Her compensation was fair and well deserved. Her food was creative, thoughful, interested, and most importantly delicious. Her entrees, side dishes, and drinks were beautifully presented and delicious. She decorated the picnic table for me with care. She communicated well and was very accomodating to my requests. I had a beautiful experience with my now fiance and I could not have done it without Noelle's help.

All I can say is wow! Noelle leaves you wanting more. I surprised my partner for his birthday with an intimate dinner with all of his favorites. Noelle crafted a beautiful 4-course menu inclusive of all the foods I requested, pairing the flavors together. I also asked for a wine pairing menu which she went above and beyond picking the right types of wine. As for the flavors and overall dinner, we were left salivating for more! She used fresh herbs from her garden which elevated each course. I’ve attached pictures of the dinner (excuse the lamb chops, I made to make shift a picture because I couldn’t wait to dive in!). If you are questioning whether or not to hire Noelle for an experience, you are going to miss out on an unforgettable night!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Pricing for dinner parties and the like is based on a service fee with an additional cost per person and does not include food costs.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I started cheffing in DC as a side gig with an underground dinner party service called Feastly. I loved planning menus and hosting people in my home or in other locations through the city. When I moved to Philadelphia, I found myself drawn to cheffing again and began working in private homes for dinner parties, etc. That’s when I began doing the weekly meal service, at the request of a client, and word of mouth quickly spread. I became a mom in 2017, and moved to Minnesota with my husband. Im looking forward to meeting my new clients in the Twin Cities and getting back into the kitchen!

  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

    I delight in every element of my work - from crafting a menu to a client’s taste, selecting ingredients at farmers markets or shops, and finally putting all of the fresh ingredients together, and leaving their home stocked with real homemade goodness. That’s my favorite part - knowing that people get to eat from scratch food where they can trust every ingredient.
