Hiring a personal chef to come into your home and provide meals requires very close communication between the parties. Make sure you take the time to meet people in-person to ensure a good fit. Ask about their time and their range of options in the business -- with the economy the way it is, anyone who cooks meals for themselves and needs to work from home believes they can provide this service. Make sure they have the ability to provide you with the range of options you need. And have fun with it! When it works, it's a HUGE relief to people to know that they have nutritious and delicious meals waiting for them at home and don't have to wait in lines at restaurants, or resort to take-out and drive-thrus.
