I'm fun and out going with great interpersonal realationship skills I love to help people gain self confidents in their ability to be sucessful and physcally demanding challenge's. I like to meet new people and introduce them to exercise for the first time or reintroduce them to it.

I have been doing hour long sessions twice a week with Randy for about two months now. The focus is on balance, core and strength training. I'm in my 40s, overweight and have some joint issues (including a full knee replacement). Randy is ACE certified and continues to network with other professionals to continue learning more about fitness and the human body. Randy puts this knowledge to work by tailoring every exercise in each workout so they meet my physical needs while still challenging me. In just 8 short weeks I'm down a whole clothing size, but even better - my mobility and stability have increased. Daily tasks are easier to complete and I feel great. Randy comes to me so I can focus on the workout and avoid the stress of working out in a room full of strangers at a gym. Most exercises use my own body weight as resistance, so they require minimal equipment - which Randy provides. Randy is certified, has many years of experience as a personal trainer, has reasonable rates, and he will come to you - with all the equipment needed for the workout. How could you go wrong?

I have been training with Randall for 7 weeks. We are using the integrated fitness model. I trained 4 weeks in the stability and mobility while using an online fitness journal to track my calories and macro nutrients. I lost 4 pounds in this phase. We have worked on my posture with restorative exercise and massage. I have less chronic pain and my joints move with greater ease. The next phase is the movement phase, where I lost an additional six pounds. I noticed my energy increased with my self-esteem. I highly recommend Randall as a health and fitness professional and MT for body works. I will be resigning with him for another 8 sessions to go through the power phase. I can't wait to see how I look and feel by the summer! Emily

Randy is passionate about fitness and helping his clients achieve their personal goals. He also practices what he preaches. I would recommend him to anyone who is interested in a commitment in transforming their life style and achieving their personal goals. He is an excellent teacher and is very knowledgeable in his trade.

    Most of my clients are from the special population. Chronic pain or other medical problem's, as well as weight management. My latest project is small group personal training with 2 or 3 people.
