Introduction: ***************************************************
Full Disclosure:
In late 2015, after 10-years, I closed down my St. Paul based fitness storefront, MGayle Studio, to pursue an advanced degree, while focusing on outdoor related fitness & cultural/adventure travel.
Therefore, I've used marketing from MGayle Studio, to demonstrate some of my skill sets/character traits. In the next few months, my new website will be live.

Michael Gayle, the founder of St. Paul based MGayle Outdoor Adventures, brings passion and enthusiasm to each of his endeavors, whether business or personal. He treats every waking moment as an opportunity to learn, contribute, and take action. This motivation is the driving force enabling him to not only reach his goals but also help others to achieve theirs.
Michael is a dedicated advocate of creating wellness through awareness. Through his own athletic achievements in outdoor survival/tracking, personal training, pilates, amateur boxing, kickboxing, martial arts, wrestling, Arctic/Antarctic sailing, paddling, mountaineering, and cross country/alpine skiing and cycling, he has continued to develop and expand his fitness expertise. He shares this knowledge with his clients as they strive to reach their goals.
He is a significant contributer to his business community and has been acknowledged for his participation. He received the 2009 Business Person of the Year Award from the Highland Business Association and St. Paul Sunrise Rotary and is a graduate of the St. Paul Area Chamber of Commerce (SPACC) 10-month Leadership Program. He has also been a two-time finalist for the Deubener Award from SPACC.
As a former United States Marine, Michael cultivated his own disciplined work ethic. His experiences in the military provide a strong foundation that has helped him successfully operate his former decade-long business in the health and fitness industry. He opened his first studio as he was becoming a highly sought-after personal trainer. The more he developed his outdoor and survival expertise, the more influential he became in outdoor adventures, triggering the start of MGayle Outdoor Adventures.
Michael doesn't sit still and wait for life; he experiences it. His loyalty, professionalism, hospitality, and expertise are unmatched. He is a catalyst for change, knowing that a deep emotional commitment is at the heart of achieving some of the most ambitious goals of his clients. His caring nature and ability to guide and motivate has produced life-changing shifts. To Michael, they are an investment in the larger community.
Michael is more than an extraordinary fitness educator. He has a track record of making things happen--for himself and his clients. Beyond physical goals, he helps people achieve mental and spiritual changes. This enduring resilience propels Michael forward towards whatever new adventure will appear next.
