Introduction: Hello! Success Fitness is a team of personal fitness coaches set up to push you to be your very best. We believe that everyone should be confident in their body, if they are willing to put in the work. We personally will provide everything that you will need to get through that process. This isn't just a one size fits all approach, everyone is different and you will get what you need to reach your goals. Some need more education about workouts and form. While some need more nutritional help to reach goals more than workouts. Our focus is to pinpoint those needs and help you keep them for life! Be confident with your body! Our process is very easy to get started. The first step is a short intro call to find clarity. This short call is just to figure out what you need and let you know how we work. Also it allows us to properly pair you with one of our amazing team members. If it sounds like a good fit, we will book a free in-depth assessment. Alex was the first person I came across when looking for a personal trainer for my first time. When I sent a message through thumbtack, Alex was in touch with me within the hour. I was unsure about going with the first person I saw, however I’m glad I did. Alex is great at what he does and I will continue to work with him as a personal trainer. I recommend you do the same!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    We have multiple packages that will help you get you to your goals. We give a complementary consult to make sure you are with the trainer that fits your needs the most and that also can prescribe you the best plan of action!

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Generally in the beginning process I like to find out where you are with your fitness level. Every single person is at a different place with their fitness journey. Finding that out through consultation will help us highlight strengths, weaknesses, medical concerns, and where you will be after our training together. After that is our first session which will be an assessment. We will go through basic movements to help us set up a plan and ensure we crush our goals together. The first few sessions are about setting you up for success and are the most important to your long term success. This is also when we make sure that form is correct to prevent injuries during working out. The main goal in the first few sessions is to make sure you aren't over doing it and being very sore for days to come. I will guide you through the process. After the first few sessions, once we set our base, is where the fun and progress will shine through. We will be mixing up training styles and techniques. I will be making sure we break through any plateaus that arise. Each session will last from 45 minutes to 60 minutes long.
