Ali from At Home Pet Care came into our home twice a day to care for our dog and two cats. She had to give medicine to the dog, feed the animals, walk the dog and bring in the mail. She left notes every day, left the kitchen quite clean and our animals were in great shape when we returned. One of the cats is pretty skittish and previous times, we have heard that the pet sitter hasn't seen much of him. Ali was able to entice Bilbo out of hiding and even pet him - I was surprised and grateful that she took the time to work at that. We are thrilled with At Home Pet Care's service and recommend them highly!

Jana and her team are very professional. My dog loves them, he's always happy to be back home but I never worry when they have him! I love the detailed notes they leave of what they did w/ my dog. I've referred one person to they already and I will continue to refer. Thanks @ Home Pet Care!!!!!

Sunshine was wonderful! I was able to travel and KNOW my cats were being well cared for. One of my cats is very unsure about anyone she doesn't know and she took to Sunshine right away. We will use At Home Pet Care again without a doubt.

• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  Our rates are all-inclusive and do not increase based off the number of pets you need us to care for. Each rate is listed as follows: $16.00 for each 15-minute visit $20.00 for each 30-minute visit $25. for each 45-minute visit $31.00 for each 60-minute visit If you have a different length of visit in mind, we are certainly happy to create a quote for that also. At Home Pet Care also goes above and beyond by providing free complimentary services such as bringing in your mail, watering your plants, taking trash cans to and from the curb plus more. We are proud to provide you a worry-free, safe and professional experience for your pet by emailing you fun journals after every visit so that you can keep up-to-date with what a great time your pet is having while you are away!

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  Typically we will talk with a new client over the phone or by email to answer their initial questions. Then we schedule a complimentary initial meeting that we call the Pet Parent Meeting. We sit down face-to-face with the client and meet their pets. This is a great time for them to walk us through their pet(s)' normal routine and explain to us in deeper detail what they would like to happen when we are doing the visits. It's also another opportunity for them to ask more questions that they may have thought of after our first conversation.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  I have always had a variety of pets through my entire life. I love animals and spend my free time learning more about their zoology. I have volunteered in animal shelters in the past and have been in the pet-sitting industry professionally since 2013.
