- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer in home training sessions for 200.00. These sessions last about 2 hours. I tailor make each session based on what your dog needs to be a respectful family member. I offer a puppy training. Each session is 125.00 for a two hour training. I cover crate training, potty training and how to best fulfill your dog.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually after a client reaches out we set up a phone call and go over the issues they are having with their dog and I answer any questions they may have. Then they can book an appointment or they can book directly through my website.
