- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard mitigation systems start at $2499. Radon testing $199. Testing fee is waived if a system is installed by us. We offer discounts for senior citizens and military discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once contacted by a customer via email or phone, our team will set up a no obligation, free onsite evaluation of the home. Once a bid is given , we honor that price , even if the system becomes more complicated. We believe in transparent pricing .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our installers are certified and licensed through the state of MN. We follow and adhere to all state regulations and regularly attend continuing education to keep up to date on the latest industry standards.
