FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Many people don't realize that my commission is paid at closing and you don't need to pay your agent out of pocket! A good agent will be readily available to answer your questions, do quality marketing of your home or research homes available for you, get professional photography of their listings, and earns every penny of the commission.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Starting with an email or phone call to get a general idea of what you are looking for starts off our relationship followed by a meeting in person to get all the details. It's most important that I understand your needs, goals, and concerns as we go forward. I want to know about you, your family, your wants and needs, and what you are hoping for in the future because a home is not just about bedrooms, bathrooms, and granite counter tops, it's the place where you need to be completely comfortable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed my real estate licensing coursework through Kaplan University/Brightwood, which is a well regarded course in this field. I've continued my learning by attending Edina University, offered by Edina Realty, and by attending many continuing education courses. I am privileged to work with an amazing team that is always available to support and help me.
