Introduction: I love assisting home buyers in the purchasing process! From educating home buyers on our current real estate market to finding homes that meet their criteria, showing them homes until we find the perfect one, and then negotiating on their behalf to secure that home at a price they feel comfortable with, is all such a thrill to me that hasn't grown old after many years in this industry. I also then coordinate the transaction with inspectors, appraisers, and the title company while keeping the buyer in the loop on a regular basis, so the process is as fun and stress-free as possible! I also assist sellers in the staging process, so their home shows are the very best. I research to find the price that will sell the home for the most money and in the least amount of time. I also negotiate the terms and price once an offer is made to ensure my sellers receive top dollar for their home. I also coordinate the needed inspections, appraisals, and title work to ensure a smooth closing!
