- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The standard industry rate for real estate transactions is 6% based on commission which is often time split between the listing agent and buyers agent. Of course, prices can be negotiable but there are things to consider. One thing to consider is the level of service you will be receiving. A good agent, like (myself), gives you experienced industry knowledge, time, dedication, and goes above and beyond expectations. Something I tell every client/customer is, "If you are not happy with the service I'm providing you, you are allowed to fire me". I confidently say this because I have marketing tactics in place that most agents don't to help listings sell faster and get more exposure along with my experience to help buyers find exactly what they are looking for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by offering you a free phone consultation that will take anywhere from 20 minutes - 1 hour so that I can learn about your needs and develop a plan to assist you. I also provide free market evaluations and home valuations when you're selling a home so that you'll be in the best position possible to sell your home fast and for a great price. I enjoy finding homes for my clients and can help you locate: Single family homes for sale Condos for sale Vacation or luxury homes for sale Foreclosure homes
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a member of the National Association of Realtors. I received my residential real estate license from Kaplan University in 2015. I also have a BBA from Hamline University. My career path started while studying business and entrepreneurship at Hamline University. My concentration at Hamline was building business and marketing plans. I started my first company at the age of 18 and to this day it is still a success story! This lead to small business start up and development consulting. I continued with my mentor starting, developing and learning more about what makes a company successful. I help walk clients through the proper steps to register a business, marketing, low start up costs, guerrilla marketing tactics, business plans, marketing plans, market research, ETC. In 2015 I expanded my career to residential real estate and investing. I work under one of the highest sales output teams in the industry - REMAX Results (Kirchert & Associates). Learning first hand about real estate will expand my consulting career. You can refer to my team and I as one of the best in the industry. For me, real estate is not limited to finding/selling a home for my client and getting a commission check. For others, this may be their main goal. My theory?It takes the right individual. We have such a high sales volume because we implement the BEST tactics for our clients.
