FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide free inspections and estimates with no obligation. Pricing varies based on the size, scope, and materials selected for each project. We offer flexible financing options, including promotional financing programs for qualified homeowners. There are no hidden fees, and all pricing is reviewed and approved before work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our Typical Process Free Consultation & Inspection – We meet with the homeowner, inspect the area of concern, and discuss goals, needs, and budget. Detailed Assessment – We evaluate the condition of the roof, siding, windows, gutters, deck, or other exterior components and document any damage or issues. Design & Estimate – We provide recommendations, product options, and a detailed proposal. For larger projects, we can also provide visualizations to help homeowners see the finished result before making a decision. Project Approval – Once the proposal is approved, we finalize selections, contracts, financing (if applicable), and scheduling. Production & Communication – Our team orders materials, coordinates installation, and keeps the homeowner informed throughout the project. Final Walkthrough & Completion – We inspect the completed work, address any questions, and ensure the homeowner is fully satisfied before closing out the project. Ongoing Support – We stand behind our work and remain available for warranty support, service needs, referrals, and future projects. For insurance claims, we also assist homeowners throughout the claims process and work directly with insurance carriers when needed.
