I really enjoyed working with this company. Their response time and professionalism is great. Vitaly showed up, gave me a quote for both trimming and cutting the tree down, and gave me his opinion on the health of the tree in general. We opted to fully remove the tree due to it being apparent that it would need to happen in the next 2-3 years regardless. I got four quotes for my tree and this company is the only one that didn't inflate the cost. (One competitor even claimed they charge higher prices due to more overhead, which is not the best way to get a customers business!) They set a date & time, they showed up right on schedule. His guys were great and respectful of the property. They cut/grind stumps on different days so they had to come back a few weeks later to grind out the stump and it looks phenomenal. If I ever have tree work I need done again, Vital will be my first call.
