There were stains on my carpet, but after they cleaned the rooms, they were completely spotless. They paid attention to details that are often overlooked and were friendly and respectful of my space. They came out last minute the evening before Christmas Eve to clean my oven. We had an accident the day before and I was worried I wouldnt be able to use my oven over the Holidays. I called all around and no place was willing to come out with such sort notice. Elite Maid Solutions was quick to move things around and make an exception for me. The woman that came out was friendly, knowledgeable and kept me updated the whole time. The end product was spectacular. I highly recommend them!
