- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every quote is free and based on your space, what you need cleaned, and how often. There are no hidden fees. The price we quote is the price you pay. Recurring clients (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) get our best rates, and we’re happy to put together a custom package for larger homes, offices, or post-construction cleanups. If something about your quote doesn’t fit your budget, just tell us and we’ll work with you to find an option that does.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a quick conversation about your space, your priorities, and your schedule. For larger or commercial jobs, we’ll do a walkthrough so the quote is accurate. Then you get a clear, written quote. Once you approve it, we schedule a time that works for you. After the first clean, we check in to make sure everything met your expectations, and we adjust anything you’d like going forward. Our goal is for you to never have to think about cleaning again.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is trained in professional cleaning standards for homes, offices, and post-construction projects, including the right products and methods for different surfaces and the detailed final cleans general contractors and school districts require before a building opens. We have several years of experience and are an insured Minnesota LLC.
