- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Cooking is my passion. I started A Simple Kitchen to create simple, beautiful, healthful meals that nourish heart and home. I finished college in Italy, and it was there in the rolling Tuscan hills that I truly fell in love with food and wine. Ever since returning home I have been passionate about cooking in the Italian style. That means the finest ingredients prepared simply and lovingly. After an apprenticeship with superstar personal chef Beth Wright of Beth and the Biscuit in 2011 I knew that starting a personal chef business and cooking for families and events is my calling. Therefore in January 2014, I officially launched A Simple Kitchen and I would love to share my passion with you!
