Hello and thank you for your taking interest in my small business. I have been in business for just about 25 years now. My passion in life is helping others fix the many issues that may arise in their home, business or rental properties. I am licensed with the state of Minnesota and hold a liability insurance policy. I know and understand all aspects of home construction including carpentry, plumbing, electrical and much more. I’m now taking all that knowledge and putting it to good use helping homeowners, renters and businesses with all their small to medium sized projects. I do only quality work that will last you many years and I will not cut corners as it’s just not in my DNA!

I thought I needed the heat tape around my water line replaced. I submitted it to several handymen. Only 3 responded. Nick was the only one that seemed familiar with it. We set a time and Nick was very punctual. After looking it over, he determined that the heat tape was fine and that the water heater hadn’t been installed properly and mice had gotten to the insulation. He would need to come back at a later date with help to fix it. He did and the work was top notch. Value wise, it cost a fraction of what a plumber would have charged. The original plumber having gone out of business.
