About this pro
Murza Construction is an extremely hands-on contractor, involving themselves completely with every homeowner, on every project. We started in this industry installing windows years ago and have run continuous, successful crews ever since. Because of this, we have a strong realization of the work that must take place to do the job the right way, the first time. All of our staff have spent time on the installation crews, allowing them to properly analyze all possibilities, and foresee potential issues before they arise. Our extensive experience in storm damage restoration and claim handling has proven Murza Construction a sought after insurance contractor. On top of all that, our cleanup is second to none! As cliche as it may sound, the thing I most like about my job is meeting people. I can even recall very, seemingly unimportant details about every project that I've worked on over the years, which, I believe has a direct connection to the relationships formed with homeowners. When referring to a project, we always use the homeowners name because knowing the homeowner comes long before knowing the task of the work. Not only are you hiring the work to be completed, you're hiring a company who has their interests in getting to know you and your unique requirements.

- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Learning is the number one item of business at Murza Construction! One must consistently educate themselves in order to be competitive in this industry. There are a number of ways we do this, aside from the best kind of learning--from every day situations, as we are growing each and every year. Attending courses in storm restoration techniques, managing new and different obstacles, and staying up to date with current trends in the industry is a very big part of what we do at Murza Construction. We hold weekly meetings solely devoted to product information, technology of new and better exterior systems, and changes to products we use currently. Any General Contractor will tell you that you are required to attend a set number of hours of continuing education in your field to maintain your license, but at Murza Construction, we seize every single opportunity to be current on all things construction. This involves workshops and seminars provided by companies manufacturing the products we use, and by our suppliers. All certifications must be kept current as well from year to year (lead certification, VSI certification, shingle installer certifications, etc.). Most importantly however, is that if you aren't learning from your competition and previous experience, you really aren't learning at all. Careful consideration is taken by listening to what past clients mention, and what, if anything, could be different. If you aren't in tune with these two aspects, all the rest is irrelevant.
