I have been hired without assessing homes, and am also willing to come to you and discuss options. My work is detailed and complete, not dependent on time. Deep/Spring Cleaning, Move Outs/Ins, One time Service-Organization, Commercial Services: I CHARGE BY THE HOUR, depending on the square footage and the condition starting from $40.00-$60.00 hour. Or I we may discuss project cost. Complete detailed and thorough. The trust and mutual respect I have with my on going clients....and have built with new clients on thumbtack!!
