- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I currently offer several multi-session options to work with me. Discovery call will help us determine which option is best for you. Note: At this time life coaching is not covered by health insurance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start out by scheduling a free Discovery session over the phone. During this session, we’ll talk about your goals, what’s important to you, and the known challenges to reaching your goals. Also during this time, you’ll gain a better idea of how I work and what you can expect moving forward to see if we’re a good fit. Should you decide to work together, I will then create a custom plan (your unique Personal Transformation Roadmap!) based on my established coaching program and we’ll move forward based on an agreed-upon meeting schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified solutions-focused coach with Erickson International, an International Coaching Federation accredited school. Prior to my training with Erickson, I also completed coursework through The Life Coach School. My approach is a unique fusion of these two schools’ methodologies blended with my own personal experience resulting from the challenges I’ve overcome. (Additionally, I have always been the go-to person for helping friends and family through challenging times… I take pride in being an empathetic and compassionate person along with a great listener. And this began long before there were even formal training programs! :)
