The owner, Noah, is very responsive. He also tries to do everything right by his customers. We hired Mr. Electric of Saint Paul to install a new range hood in our kitchen. Despite some challenges, Noah worked with us and collaborated with another company to get this project done. I am impressed by his professionalism and integrity.

Update: Mckeith, the master electrician called me after I spoke with the team and he deeply apologized for the work that was done unsatisfactorily. He immediately offered to come to the house and he redid everything. He was extremely courteous and apologetic. He went well above what the previous worker did and verified everything worked properly prior to leaving. If I were to work with anyone from here, it would definitely be Mckeith. Thank you sir for your hard work! My recommendation for the other individual, be very open to listening to the leaders. Be trainable. If you make bad decisions and choices, you end up with bad results. Ask questions, be open to feedback, and listen. —————————————— One of the guys showed up on time and began working right away. The other showed up a little later to assist. The quality of the work is ok. I would not call it pristine or high quality. What really bothered me was they kept putting tools and equipment on the hood of my car while working. The outlet they installed is crooked and not really flush with how I thought it would be. I have been in contact with the office and hoping this can be cleared up. Overall, the company has been polite and nice but quality of work needs some work.
