The owner, Noah, is very responsive. He also tries to do everything right by his customers. We hired Mr. Electric of Saint Paul to install a new range hood in our kitchen. Despite some challenges, Noah worked with us and collaborated with another company to get this project done. I am impressed by his professionalism and integrity.

They were really good at their job and explained to me in as much plain terms as possible the work they were doing. They also voluntarily helped me with setting up my TV. I felt that though the electricians did good work, the estimator didn't estimate the work properly and the end result was different from what was expected from the initial assessment. I will highly recommend them still.

Will absolutely use again! Very responsive with friendly and knowledgeable electricians. Above all, they have excellent customer service - I wasn’t happy with the height of a light fixture they hung (my fault!) and they sent someone to change it for me at no extra cost.

I had them come out because I was hoping they’d replace my bathroom vent exhaust. Guy that came out said the motor in my old one worked…I told him it hasn’t been working well (doesn’t de-fog mirror/window). He pulled out the old motor and said I could just order that part and have my dad pop in the new one. Otherwise he was going to charge $800+(!!!) to put in the new bathroom exhaust vent I had already purchased at Home Depot. Obviously I just ordered the part myself. I was shocked at how much the replacement of a new one was - it was much higher than Thumtack’s suggestion of average cost. Sheesh.
