Ben was fantastic to work with. Scheduling with him was incredibly quick and easy, and he showed up exactly when he said he would. The appraisal itself was extremely thorough, and he delivered the full report much faster than I expected. The level of detail he included gave me total confidence in the results.On top of that, Ben is genuinely kind, professional, and easy to talk to. His pricing is very reasonable, especially considering the quality of his work. It also feels great to support a small, local business rather than a big company. Id absolutely recommend Ben to anyone needing a home appraisal!

Ben was able to come appraise our house the next day. He was very kind and courteous. HIs price was very reasonable too. I would recommend him to anyone needing an appraisal.
